ACCINOX B RODS (SOLID)
Composition: A condensation product of Acetone and Diphenylamine
Uses: Accinox B is an excellent general purpose staining antioxidant. It confers very good heat resistance and good flex cracking resistance. It disperses readily in rubber and does not bloom. It is used in automotive tubes, curing bags and in mechanical rubber goods. Accinox B is suitable for use in latex compounds. Typical dosage varies from 0.25 – 2.0 phr although in exceptional circumstances up to 3.0 phr may be used to confer high heat resistance without bloom. It also possesses metal inhibition properties to some extent and recommended for cable insulations, rubber to brass bonding, hoses and latex foam, gloves & coir mattress compounds.

Accinox BL (VISCOUS LIQUID)
Composition: A condensation product of Acetone and Diphenylamine
Uses: Accinox BL provides a combination of excellent resistance to flex cracking and heat ageing. It is specially suited for tyres, belting and a wide range of mechanical rubber goods. It is a staining antioxidant and may stain by migration. Typical dosage varies from 1.0 – 3.0 phr without any blooming. In tread rubber compounds which are required to store at room temperature for prolong periods , BL plays an important role in suppressing sulphur blooming in these compounds. Being readily dispersible, it is usually better to use BL in soft rubber compounds like cushion gum etc. It could be used as a stabilizer for production of oil extended SBR .

Accinox BLN (MORE VISCOUS LIQUID THAN BL)
Composition: A condensation product of Acetone and Diphenylamine.
Uses: Accinox BLN provides a combination of excellent resistance to flex cracking and heat ageing. It is specially suited for tires, belting, hoses and a wide range of mechanical rubber goods. It is a staining antioxidant and may stain by migration. Typical dosage varies from 1.0 – 3.0 phr without any blooming. In tread rubber compounds which are required to store at room temperature for prolong periods, BLN plays an important role in suppressing sulphur blooming in these compounds. Being readily dispersible, it is usually better to use BL/BLN in soft rubber compounds like cushion gum etc. It could be used as a stabilizer for production of oil extended SBR.

Accinox BL75S (POWDER)
Composition: An acetone / diphenylamine condensate (75% w/w) in pptd. silica carrier.
Uses: Accinox BL 75S provides a combination of excellent resistance to flex cracking and heat ageing properties in rubber compounds. It is specially suited for tyres, belting and a wide range of mechanical rubber goods. It is a staining antioxidant and may stain by migration, hence recommended for black filled compounds only. This product is recommended for those who acknowledge the technical benefits of Accinox BL and wish to avoid the use of liquid antioxidants for improved handling and metering accuracy. Accinox ODPS
(OCTYLATED DIPHENYLAMINE)
Composition: Di octylated diphenyl amine
Uses: Accinox ODPS occupies a unique position amongst available antioxidants of the amine types. On one hand it shows properties traditionally associated with the amine class in its antioxidant power and its ability to retain effective performance in the presence of carbon black, yet by contrast with many amine antioxidants its staining is relatively slight enabling it to be used in wider range of applications. Whilst Accinox ODPS is highly effective in NR & BR, it is exceptionally effective in Neoprenes where it can provide very great enhancement of heat & ozone resistance. Typical dosage:1–3 phr. It is also a popular stabilizer used in oils & lubricants.

Accinox 445
(4,4’-DI(DIMETHYLBENZYL)DIPHENYLAMINE)
Composition: 4,4’-Bis(a,a-dimethylbenzyl) diphenylamine.
Uses: Accinox 445, a slightly staining & discoloring antioxidant being stable at high temperature, is used for protection against heat and oxidative degradations in NR and synthetic rubbers including BR, SBR, NBR, CR and EPDM covering uses in beltings, hoses, seals, gaskets and other automotive/industrial rubber products. In combination with synergistic antioxidants it provides an extremely effective antioxidant system for EPDM and NBR compounds for high temperature applications. Often used as aqueous dispersions in latex compounds (SBR, Carboxylated SBR and NR) for improving resistance to heat and embrittlement during aging with as little 0.5 phr in the compound. Typical dosages in rubber vary from 1 to 3 phr depending on the application envisaged.

Accinox TQ
Composition: Polymerised 1,2 dihydro 2,2,4 -trimethyl quinoline
Uses:
Accinox TQ is a general purpose staining
antioxidant which can be used in a wide variety of rubbers. It
offers a good level of heat ageing and possesses moderate antiflex
cracking properties.
Typical dosage varies from 1 – 2 phr.

Accinox MBI
Composition: 2 - mercapto benzimidazole
Uses:
Accinox MBI as such is seldom used in the
rubber industry as it inhibits little ageing properties in rubber
compounds.
Accinox MBI is used primarily as synergestic additive for other
antioxidants of both amine and phenolic types especially in
improving heat ageing resistance and countering metallic
contaminations. Typical dosage varies from 0.5 – 1.0 phr depending
upon the improvements required in ageing. It however does little
help in improving flex – crack resistance properties.
MBI is entirely non-staining and non-discolouring.

Accinox SP
Composition: Mixture of Styrenated Phenol
Uses: Accinox SP is a non staining mild antioxidant for use in Natural, synthetic rubbers and latices. It is also used as a stabilizer for SBR & synthetic rubbers for its non-staining properties.
