Accinox ZC (6PPD)

Composition: N-(1,3-dimethylbutyl)-N-phenyl-p-phenylenediamine

Uses: A powerful antiozonant-cum-antioxidant.Protects rubber ozone attack under static/dynamic conditions.Possesses outstanding heatageing and flexcrack resistance properties; protects rubber from heavy metal contaminations too.Used alone or in combination with BL/BLN and TQ in cost-effective systems for majority of applications e.g. tyres, beltings, and mechanical rubber goods.

Accinox ZA (IPPD)

Composition: N-isopropyl-N'-phenyl-p-phenylene diamine (IPPD)

Uses: Accinox ZA is a powerful antiozonant cum antioxidant. It imparts outstanding heat ageing and flex-cracking resistance properties and is thus used in auto tires & tubes, hoses & beltings, bridge bearing pads & miscellaneous mechanical rubber compounds. It disperses readily in rubber and resists degradation of rubber by heavy metal contaminations too. Typical dosage varies from 0.5 – 3.0 phr depending upon the usage conditions.

Accinox 100 (MIXED DAPPD)

Composition: Mixed Diaryl -p- phenylene diamine

Uses: Accinox 100 provides excellent antiflex cracking resistance and also possesses good heat ageing property. It also imparts mild antiozonant properties. Recommended dosage is between 0.5 – 1.0 phr either alone or in combination with other antidegradants depending on service requirements. It is highly staining and discoloring and recommended for black filled compounds.
