Composition: It is a blend containing dibenzamido diphenyl/disulphide with an activator and dispersing aids.
Uses: Accimel is a powerful and efficient peptising agent. It reduces milling time of rubber and thereby saves power consumption. It is a blend containing pentachlorothiophenol with an activator and dispersing aids.Accimel E is an efficient peptising agent which reduces milling time for rubber. It ceases to function in the presence of sulphur but is effective in presence of other compounding agents.

Accimel E (DBD BASED)
Composition: A blend containing dibenzamido diphenyl disulphide with an activator and dispersing aids.
Uses: Accimel E is used as a peptiser for natural and synthetic rubbers. It disperses readily and can be added to the rubber on open roll or in internal mixer. Its use improves mill room productivity with improved dispersion of fillers. Being based on DBDS it is viewed as a preferred peptiser for radial tyre compounds. Typical dosage in NR varies from 0.2 – 0.5 phr while higher dosages eg 0.5 – 1.0 phr are required in synthetic rubbers
